Anti-dumping

On November 7, 2014, the Argentinian authorities decided to initiate an anti-dumping investigation on imports of veterinary vaccines for rabies (except for cattle and horses) and monovalent or multivalent vaccines that affect canines (including distemper or leptospirosis) from France and the United States of America (Resolution 231/2014, 07.11.2014). The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS codes: 3002.3010, 3002.3090, 3002.3040 and 3002.3050. The complaint was lodged by Tecnovax S.A. The investigation started on the day following the publication of the resolution in the Official Journal of the Argentinian Republic, i.e. on November 12, 2014.

On 10 June 2016, the Argentinian authorities terminated above investigation without the imposition of anti-dumping duties.
