Import tariff

 The government of the Republic of Macedonia on 24.01.2012 eliminated its import tariffs (from 2%, 5% and 7%) concerning several agricultural and industrial products (HS Codes: 0601, 0703, 1209, 2008, 2009, 8701 and 9506).

Furthermore, the government of the Republic of Macedonia reduced from 20% and 15% to 10% its import tarriffs on certain cane or beet sugar. In addition, some specific types of cane and beet sugar experienced an import tariff reduction from 30% to 5%.
