Anti-dumping

On December 20, 2014, the European Commission announced the initiation of an anti-dumping investigation on imports of silico-manganese (including ferro-silico-manganese) from India (Notice No 2014/C 461/16).
The product subject to investigation is classified under the following HS codes: ex 7202.3000 and ex 8111.0011.
The complaint was lodged on November 10, 2014 by the Comité de Liaison des Industries de Ferro-Alliages (Euroalliages) on behalf of three producers representing more than 25% of the EU production of the subject good.
On 4 March 2016, the European Commission terminated the anti-dumping investigation on imports of silico-manganese (including ferro-silico-manganese) from India (Commission Implementation Decision (EU) 2016/299).
