Anti-dumping

In a petition filed on November 12, 2014, the Cornerstone Chemical Company seeks the imposition of countervailing and anti-dumping duties on U.S. imports of melamine from China and Trinidad and Tobago. The first step in this investigation was the preliminary injury determination by the U.S. International Trade Commission, which reached an affirmative determination in a vote on December 29, 2014. On June 17-18, 2015 the International Trade Administration published its preliminary affirmative dumping determinations.
