Export quota

On 18 July 2012, the Indonesian Ministry of Trade announced regulation 48/M-DAG/PER/7/2012 banning the export of subsidized fertilizers (art. 2(1) of 48/M-DAG/PER/7/2012) and stipulating export caps for non-subsidized fertilizers with the HS code 3102.10.00.00 (art. 2(2)).
According to art. 3(1), the annual export caps for the non-subsidized fertilizer concerned shall be set by each year Special Working Group for Assessing Fertilizer Policies in Support of Food Security.
The regulation came into force on 19 July 2012 and was amended by regulation 73/M-DAG/PER/12/2013 (cf. Related Measures) on 12 December 2013.
