On September 18th, 2009, Argentina imposed with Resolution 376/2009 an anti-dumping duty on glasswool products originating in New Zealand. The duty is being imposed following a sunset review and will remain in place for 5 years. The duty takes a form of minimum FOB export price which amounts to 1.525 USD per kilogram for non-covered wool products and 3.28 USD per kilogram of covered wool products.
