On 3 July 2014, the Indonesian Ministry of Trade issued the second amendment 36/M-DAG/PER/7/2014 to the initial regulation 83/M-DAG/PER/12/2012 (cf. Related Measures) regarding ports of entry and mandatory provisions at loading ports.
As presented in the Ministry's press release, the changes to the original regulation are as follows:
The new rules came into effect on 8 July 2014.
The list of affected tariff lines and partner countries is based on the appendix of the amendment (cf. Sources).
