Public procurement access

In July 2014, the National Development and Reform Commission of China and the Ministry of Finance published a final report, banning the purchase of ten Apple Inc. products. This new rule applies to all central Communist Party departments, government ministries and local governments.
In January 2015, the list of banned products, including many other foreign IT producers, will be reviewed again.
