Import tariff

On 18 September 2014, the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission of the Customs Union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan (in Decision 65) reduced from 7.7% to 0 % the import duty on polimetilenfenilizotsianat (HS 3909 30 000 1 of the Commodity Nomenclature for Foreign Economic Activity). In addition, a new position HS 3909 30 000 9 (others) was added. According to the latest tariff information reported to the WTO in 2012, the prior applied duty for HS 3909 30 was equal to 10%.
The Decision enters into force on 1 November 2014.
