Import tariff quota

On 12 August 2011, the Brazilian Foreign Trade Council (Camex) issued Resolution no. 58 reducing the in-quota tariff on terephthalic acid and its salts (NCM 2917.36.00) to zero for a quota of 135,000 tonnes, until year-end.
The measure took effect on 15 August 2011 and lasted until 31 December 2011.
