Import tariff

On 27 June 2013, the EC amended certain import tariffs for a variety of agricultural, fishery and industrial products. The initial list was set out in Regulation 1344/2011 (related state act).

The amendment partially or completely suspends the import duty on a number of products. Additionally, the amendment removed a number of goods from the list thereby reintroducing the import duty on said products, see related intervention.

The Regulation entered into force on 1 July 2013.
 
With the introduction of Regulation 1387/2013, the initial Regulation 1344/2011 is repealed, therefore the present amendment is also considered to expire with the entry into force of the Regulation 1387/2013 on 1 January 2014. (related state act)

On 27 June 2013, the European Council issued Regulation  (EU) No 626/2013 of 27 June 2013 amending certain import tariffs for a variety of agricultural, fishery and industrial products. The initial list was set out in Regulation 1344/2011 (see related state act).

The amendment removed a number of goods from the list thereby reintroducing the import duty on said products. Additionally, the Regulation partially or completely suspends the import duty on a number of goods, see related intervention. 

The Regulation entered into force on 1 July 2013.
