On July 25, 2013, the Turkish authorities initiated a sunset review of the anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of blankets and long pile fabrics of synthetic fibers (and others of man-made fibres for blankets) from China (Notification No. 2013/12).
The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS codes: 6301.40, 6301.90, 6001.1000 and 6001.92.
On January 23, 2014, the Turkish authorities decided upon the continuation of the definitive anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of blankets and long pile fabrics of synthetic fibers (and others of man-made fibres for blankets) originating in China (Notification No. 2014/4). The amount of the duty is USD 4.00 per kilogram.
