Anti-dumping

On February 14, 2014, the Japanese authorities initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of toluenediisocyanate from China.
The product subject to investigation is classified under the following HS code: 2929.10.
The dumping is suspected to have occurred between October 1, 2012 and September 30, 2013.
 
On December 25, 2014, the Japanese authorities decided to impose a provisional anti-dumping duty on imports of toluenediisocyanate originating in China. The rate of the duty is 69.4%.
 
On April 25th, 2015, the Japanese authorities imposed a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of toluenediisocyanate originating in China. The rate of the duty is 69.4%.
