Anti-dumping

On October 5, 2012, the Ukrainian authorities initiated a sunset review of the anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of multipurpose electric incandescent lamps (of output not exceeding 200 W and voltage over 100 V) from China.
The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS code: 8539.2290.
On October 4, 2013, the Ukrainian authorities extended for a period of five years the anti-dumping duty on imports of electric incandescent lamps from China. The rate of the duty is 74.63%.
The original anti-dumping duty was imposed on July 14, 2006.
