A bill (S1811) under consideration in the New Jersey legislature would requires the use of goods made in the United States for public contracts and require that businesses that receive public contracts or development assistance disclose job exportation information. The state Senate approved the bill on June 12, 2014. It is still under consideration in the state Assembly.
