In January 2010, the government of Turkey initiated a new anti-dumping investigation.

On January 22, 2010, the Turkish authorities initiated a sunset review of the anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of interchangeable tools for drilling and milling, with working parts of high speed steel, from China. The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS codes: 8207.5000 and 8207.7000.
On December 31, 2010, the Turkish authorities extended the definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of interchangeable tools for drilling and milling from China. The amount of the duty ranges from USD 6 to USD 10 per kilogram.
On 30 December 2015, the Turkish authorities initiated a sunset review of the anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of above standing goods from China (Communiqué No. 2015/52).
On 7 December 2016, the Turkish authorities extended the anti-dumping duty on imports of the subject goods from China following the conclusion of the above sunset review (Notification 2016/49). The amount of the duty remains at USD 6 or USD 10 per kilogram.
The definitive duty terminated on 07 December 2021.
