Import tariff quota

On 10 July 2009, the EC introduced a zero duty import tariff quota for beef and veal imports originating in Chile.
 
The measure affects fresh, chilled and frozen beef or veal and entered into force on 1 July 2009. The quota amounts to 1650 tonnes and will increase annually by 100 tonnes.
