Anti-dumping

On May 23, 2011, the Indonesian authorities initiated a review of the anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of Cavendish bananas from the Philippines.

The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS code: 0803.0090.

On November 17, 2011 the Indonesian authorities extended the existing duty. The rate of the duty is 35%.
 
On September 31 March 2016, the Indonesian authorities announced the initiation of a sunset review of the definitive anti-dumping measure imposed on imports of Cavendish bananas from the Philippines.
