On July 4, 2013, the Ukrainian authorities initiated a sunset review of the anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of wood fibreboards (woodfibre slab of wood or of other lignified materials, with or without the addition of resins or other organic binding substances, density exceeding 0.8 g/cm3, not mechanically worked or surface covered) from Belarus.
The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS code: 4411.9210.
While initiating the sunset review, the Ukrainian authorities decided to extend the existing anti-dumping duty from July 8, 2013 onwards till a decision on the results of the review is taken. The rate of the duty is 68.75%.
On July 8, 2014, the Ukrainian authorities decided upon the continuation of the anti-dumping measure imposed on imports of wood fibreboards originating in Belarus. The rate of this definitive duty remains 68.75%.
