In October 2012, the government of Turkey initiated a sunset review and extended the definitive duty for a new period in October 2013. In October 2018, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in May 2019.

On October 18, 2012, the Turkish authorities initiated a sunset review of the anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of wall clocks from China (Notification 2012/20). The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS code: 9105.2100. The original anti-dumping duty was imposed on November 7, 2001 (Notification 2001/5).
On October 5, 2013, the Turkish authorities extended the definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of wall clocks from China (Notification 2013/19). The amount of the duty is USD 2.10 per piece.
On 5 October 2018, the Turkish authorities initiated a sunset review of the antidumping duty imposed on imports of the subject good from China. This follows the application lodged by a number of domestic companies. The definitive antidumping duty will remain in force for the duration of the investigation.
On 12 April 2019, the Turkish authorities extended the antidumping duty imposed on imports of wall clocks from China following the conclusion of the sunset review. The rate of duty is 23% of the CIF value.
