Anti-dumping

On October 18, 2012, the Turkish authorities initiated a sunset review of the anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of wall clocks from China (Notification 2012/20).
The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS code: 9105.2100.
 
On October 5, 2013, the Turkish authorities extended the definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of wall clocks from China (Notification 2013/19). The amount of the duty is USD 2.10 per piece.
 
The original anti-dumping duty was imposed on November 7, 2001 (Notification 2001/5).
