Anti-dumping

On November 25, 2013, the Taiwanese authorities initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of computer to plate from China.
The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS codes: 3701.3000 and 3701.9100. The dumping is suspected to have occurred between October 1, 2012 and September 30, 2013.
On January 10, 2014, the International Trade Commission of the Ministry of Economic Affairs made an affirmative preliminary determination in its injury investigation involving Computer to Plate from China. No provisional duty was imposed.
On October 14, 2014, the International Trade Commission of the Ministry of Economic Affairs made a negative final determination of injury of domestic industry by reason of imports of the subject goods from China that have been found to be sold in Chinese Taipei at less than normal value. Hence the investigation was terminated without the imposition of any duty.
