On September 10, 2012, the Indian authorities initiated a sunset review of the anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of phosphoric acid (technical grade and food grade, including industrial grade) from China.
The product subject to investigation is classified under the following HS code: 2809.2010.
On November 8, 2013, the Indian authorities decided upon the continuation of the definitive anti-dumping duty imposed on imports of phosphoric acid from China. The amount of the duty is USD 249.38 per metric ton. This duty entered into force on December 31, 2013.
