Export quota

On 30 April 2022, the government of the Russian Federation published Decree N.779 temporarily increasing the export quota on complex fertilizers by 501’000 tonnes. The export quota was previously set at 5'816 million tonnes. As a result, the total quota amount is now set at 6'317 million tonnes. The export quota increase is valid until 31 May 2022.

According to the Decree, the quota increase affects the following products under the custom’s nomenclature classification system: 3105.20.100.0, 3105.20.900.0, 3105.30.000.0, 3105.40.000.0 and 3105.59.000.0.
