Export tax

On 2 March 2022, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation announced an increase in the export duty of wheat. 

According to the Ministry, the export duty on wheat will increase from USD 110.7 per ton to USD 119.2 per ton. The updated duty rate will be in effect from 27 April 2022 until 5 May 2022. The Ministry notes that the fee is calculated based on the indicative price of the commodity in question.

Export tax

On 22 April 2022, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation announced decreases in export duties of barley and corn.

According to the Ministry, the export duty on barley will decrease from USD 76 per ton to USD 73.3 per ton. Additionally, the export duty of corn will decrease from USD 66.1 to USD 54.9 per ton.

The updated duty rates will be enacted on 27 April 2022 and will be in effect until 5 May 2022. The Ministry notes that the fees are calculated based on indicative prices of the commodities in question.
