On 14 September 2021, Denmark’s export credit agency Eksport Kredit Fonden signed an agreement for a corporate loan having a total value of DKK 95 million (approx. USD 15.1 million) to support the Danish company Vestas Wind Systems A/S in the financing of DK Farma Wiatrowa Sp. ZOO’s onshore wind farm project in Debnica Kaszubska. The maturity of the loan is 15 years and 9 months.

According to the project owner DK Farma Wiatrowa Sp. Z O.O, the Danish company will provide six Vestas V126 wind turbines for the project. Vestas Wind Systems A/S is a provider of wind turbines and wind power plants. The company has its headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark. 

The GTA includes state guarantees and other financial incentives that are likely to affect the restructuring and performance of firms facing international competition, whether from imports, in export markets, or from foreign subsidiaries.

Eksport Kredit Fonden (EKF)

EKF provides financial assistance and guarantees to support Danish companies in the area of exports. While it operates as a financial institution on commercial terms, the Danish state owns EKF.
