Export tax

On 1 October 2021, the Federal Public Revenue Administration adopted General Resolution 5084/2021 increasing the export criterion values of raisins (dried grapes) classified under tariff subheading NCM 0806.20.00 for certain Latin destinations.

In particular, the measure increased the export reference price from a FOB value of USD 1.25 to USD 1.35 per kg. The price is applicable when the exports are destined to Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela. Notably, the previously applicable export values were established via General Resolution 4785/2020 (see related state act).

General Resolution 5084/2021 entered into force on 5 October 2021, two working days following its publication on the official gazette.
