Anti-dumping

On November 20, 2013, the Eurasian Economic Commission (according to Decision Nr. 9) initiated an anti-dumping re-investigation concerning Ukrainian iron rods (tariff lines 7213 10 000 0, 7213 91 100 0, 7213 91 410 0, 7213 91 490 0, 7213 91 700 0, 7213 91 900 0, 7213 99 100 0, 7213 99 900 0, 7214 20 000 0, 7214 99 100 0, 7214 99 390 0, 7214 99 790 0, 7227 20 000 0, 7227 90 100 0, 7227 90 950 0, 7228 20 910 0, 7228 20 990 0, 7228 30 690 0, 7228 30 890 0, 7228 60 800 0 of the Commodity Nomenclature of the Customs Union) imported into the common customs territory of the Customs Union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
 
On 29 March 2016 the Board of the Eurasian Economic Union (Decision No. 28) imposed anti-dumping duties for a period of 5 years as follows:

  • public joint stock company "Yenakievo metallurgical plant" -- 10.11 of the customs value;
  • public joint stock company "ArcelorMittal Kryviy Roh" -- 9.32 of the customs value;
  • others-- 10.11 of the customs value.

Decision No. 28 enters into force on 30 April 2016
