Export tax

On April 2, 2013, Kazakhstan issued Decree No. 321 with which it amended Decree No. 1036 of 15 October 2005. Concretely, it raised the export duty on crude oil (code 2709 00 900 9) by 50%, from $40 per metric tonne to $60. The measure entered into force on April 12, 2013.
