On 19 January 2014, the European Investment Bank (EIB) and Hotel Dubrovacka signed an agreement worth EUR 25 million (approx. USD 34 million) for the project Hotel Dubrovacka from Croatia. The total cost of the project is estimated at EUR 50 million.

According to the project description issued by the EIB, Renovation and expansion of hotel s facilities situated in two locations within the Dubrovnik area..

The objective of the project is defined as following: The project comprises the redevelopment, modernisation and upgrading of a number of tourist accommodation and service units on two sites close to Dubrovnik, Croatia (Mlini and Srebreno)..
