On December 18, 2013, the Turkish Economy Ministry announced the initiation of an anti-dumping investigation on imports of laminate flooring from Germany (Communiqué No 2013/30). The product subject to investigation is classified under the following HS codes: 4411.1390, 4411.1490, 4411.9290 and 4411.9390.
On June 13th, 2015, the Turkish authorities imposed a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of laminate flooring originating in Germany (Notification 2015/21, 13.06.2015). The amount of the duty ranges from USD 0.30 to USD 1.05 per square metre, depending on the company, at the exception of the company Falquon GmbH whose exports are not subject to the payment of any duty. This duty shall remain in force for a period of five years.

On 12 April 2019, the Turkish authorities initiated a sunset review of the definitive antidumping duty imposed on imports of the subject good from Germany. This follows the application lodged by Kastamonu Entegre Ağaç San. ve Tic. A.Ş., Yıldız Entegre Ağaç San. ve Tic. A.Ş. and Çamsan Entegre Ağaç San. ve Tic. A.Ş. The definitive antidumping duty will remain in force for the duration of the investigation.
