Import tariff

On 19 December 2011, the European Commission decided to prolong the suspension of Common Customs Tariff duties on capital goods, raw materials, parts and components for agricultural purposes originating from the Canary Islands. A complete list can be found in Annex I and Annex II of the regulation (1386/2011).

Compared to the previous list, three products at the 6-digit HS code level were added to the list of tariff suspensions: 3902 10, 3903 11 and 3906 10. Hence, this intervention includes only these three tariff lines.

The measure is temporary and will expire on 31 December 2021.
