State loan

On 2 November 2011, the Department of Agriculture approved a state loan worth USD 13 million to Carolinas Cotton Growers Cooperative, Inc. located in United States of America, NC, Garner. The support was granted through the Commodity Loans and Loan Deficiency Payments programme.
