State loan

On 08 July 2013, the European Investment Bank (EIB) and Gas Natural Sdg SA signed an agreement worth EUR 475 million (approx. USD 621 million) for the project Gas Natural Fenosa Elect Distribution from Spain. The total cost of the project is estimated at EUR 977 million.

According to the project description issued by the EIB, Reinforcement and extension of the electricity distribution network in four Spanish regions (Castilla La mancha, Castilla y León, Galicia - all convergence regions - and Madrid) during the period 2012-2015..
