On 31 July 2015, the European Investment Bank (EIB) and Landeskreditbank Baden-Wuerttemberg signed an agreement worth EUR 300 million (approx. USD 330 million) for the project l-Bank Kmu Und Mid-Cap Darlehen from Germany.

According to the project description issued by the EIB, Project in support of small scale projects promoted by SMEs or Mid-Caps in Germany and other EU Member States..

The objective of the project is defined as following: Financing of small/medium projects carried out by SMEs or Mid-Caps..
