Export tax

On November 11, 2013, Viet Nam's Ministry of Finance issued Circular no. 157/2013/TT-BTC, reducing the export tax on natural and synthetic rubber (HS 4001.10; 4001.29.20; 4002; 4005) from 5% (synthetic rubber) or 3% (natural rubber) to 1%, with effect from December 26, 2013.
