Anti-dumping

On 27 March 2009, the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, vide Notification 32/2009-Customs, extended the anti-dumping duty on Hexa Methylene Tetramine originating or imported from Iran.
The affected HS code is - 2921.29.00
The duty has been extended for five years based on final findings published on 26 February 2009. Initial duties had been imposed on 30 June 2005.
Since no review has been initiated, this duty expired on March 27, 2014.
