Anti-dumping

On September 30, 2013, the AK Steel Corporation filed a set of anti-dumping and countervailing duty petitions against non-oriented electrical steel imported from China, Germany, Japan, Korea, Sweden, and Taiwan. Following affirmative injury determinations by the US International Trade Commission, and dumping determinations by the Department of Commerce (DOC), the DOC published anti-dumping orders on December 3, 2014 at http://enforcement.trade.gov/frn/2014/1412frn/2014-28405.txt., and on that same day countervailing duty orders at http://enforcement.trade.gov/frn/2014/1412frn/2014-28507.txt.
