In July 2009, the government of Argentina initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and in January 2011 a definitive duty was imposed. In January 2016, the definitive duty was terminated.

Anti-dumping

On July 16th, 2009, Argentina opened an anti-dumping investigation against imports of printing ink from Brazil.
 
On August 19th, 2010, the Government of Argentina announced the continuance of a dumping investigation, initiated in July, against imports of printing ink from Brazil. No provisionary measures were imposed. The investigation was extended 17 July 2010.
 
On January 17th, 2011, a definitive anti-dumping duty was imposed. The rate of the duty is 32.08%.

On 19 January 2016,  the Argentinian authorities terminated the definitive duty imposed on imports of the subject good from Brazil.
