On 10 December 2008, Venezuela's Ministry of Planning and Finance (Ministerio del Poder Popular de Planificación y Finanzas) adopted Resolution No. DM 0079 implementing an import quota of 132,013 metric tonnes on imports of cane sugar corresponding to tariff line 1701.
This measure entered into force on 30 November 2008 for a period of one year.
On 11 November 2009, Venezuela's Ministry of Planning and Finance (Ministerio del Poder Popular de Planificación y Finanzas) adopted Resolution No. DM 2.503 implementing an import quota of 132,013 metric tonnes on imports of cane sugar corresponding to tariff line 1701.
This measure entered into force on 30 November 2009 for a period of one year.
On 1 December 2011, Venezuela's Ministry of Planning and Finance (Ministerio del Poder Popular de Planificación y Finanzas) adopted Resolution No. DM 3152 implementing an import quota of 132,013 metric tonnes on imports of cane sugar corresponding to tariff line 1701.
This measure entered into force on the same day for a period of one year.
