Anti-dumping

On 17 July 2013, the Government of Brazil announced the final results of the first sunset review of the anti-dumping measure against manual hoists from China.
As a result of this review, the Brazilian authorities resolve to continue, for a period of five years, the application of a specific import duty of 114.14 dollars per unit.
The sunset review initiated on 21 August 2012.
The HS code in question is 8425.1910.
