On 4 March 2013, Uruguay's Ministry of Economy and Finance adopted Decree No. 74/013 eliminating import tariffs on tobacco, paper, yarn, steel, table and kitchen products corresponding to the following 8-digit tariff lines:
2401.20.30 from 14 to 0 per cent
4804.11.00 from 12 to 0 per cent
5402.20.00 from 18 to 0 per cent
5402.33.10 from 18 to 0 per cent
5402.33.20 from 18 to 0 per cent
5509.22.00 from 18 to 0 per cent
7225.11.00 from 14 to 0 per cent
7226.11.00 from 14 to 0 per cent
7323.10.00 from 18 to 0 per cent
This measure entered into force on 13 March 2013.
