Anti-circumvention

On 14 June 2018, the Argentinian authorities initiated an anti-circumvention investigation on imports of certain steel butt-welded pipe fittings from Cambodia. The product subject to investigation is classified under the following HS code subheading: 7307.93.00. This investigation follows suspicion that the definitive antidumping duty imposed by Resolution 1181/2015 of 26 October 2015 on certain steel butt-welded pipe fittings from China is being circumvented by being declared as originating from Cambodia. The investigation follows the application lodged by CINTOLO HERMANOS METALURGICA S.A.I.C.
