Anti-dumping

On June 20, 2013, the Commission on Distortions of Chile decided to initiate an anti-dumping investigation on imports of certain types of self-adhesive material from Argentina.
The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS codes: 3919.1010, 3919.1020, 3919.9010, 3919.9020 and 4811.4110.
The request was lodged on May 27, 2013 by Ritrama S.A.
The decision of the Commission was published in the Official Journal of the Republic of Chile on June 25, 2013.
On April 8, 2014, the Commission on Distortions of Chile decided to terminate the investigation without imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty. The decision of the Commission was published in the Official Journal of the Republic of Chile on April 29, 2014.
