Anti-dumping

On 28 June 2013, the European Commission announced the initiation of an anti-dumping investigation on imports of certain agglomerated stone products originating in or imported from China.
The HS codes in question are 6810.1190; 6810.1900; 6810.9100; 6810.9900; 7016.1000; 7016.9040; 7016.9070 and 7020.0080.
The complaint was lodged on 14 May 2013 by A. St.A Europe.
On May 12, 2014, the European Commission decided to terminate the anti-dumping investigation on imports of agglomerated stone from China. This decision entered into force on the day following the publication of the Commission Implementing Decision in the Official Journal of the European Union, i.e. on May 14, 2014.
