On 22 March 2012, Ecuador's Trade Committee (Comité de Comerico Exterior COMEX) adopted Resolution No. 47 temporarily suspending exports of raw hides and skins corresponding to tariff lines 4101 and 4103. This measure entered into force on 10 April 2012 for a two year period.
