Anti-dumping

On 19 January 2009, the Colombian authorities initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of strips of rubber for retreading tires from Brazil and Mexico. The products subject to investigation are classified under the following HS code subheading: 4012.90. The application was lodged by Automundial S.A.
On 30 April 2009, the Colombian authorities published its preliminary determination. The investigation will continue without the imposition of previsional duties.
On 22 November 2009, the Colombian authorities terminated the investigation on imports of the subject good from Mexico and Brazil without the imposition of duties.
