Export licensing requirement

On 9 May 2012, Bolivia's Cabinet Council adopted Decree No. 1223 eliminating the certificate requirement proving that the domestic market is well-supplied at fair prices in order to allow exports of sunflowers and related products such as sunflower seeds and oil. This measure enters into force as of the date of its publication in the Official Gazette, on 9 May 2012.
