On May 28, 2013, the Government of Argentina adopted reference prices applicable to the importation of clothing for men and boys from China, Vietnam, Thailand, and other Asian countries. The product subject to this measure is classified under the following tariff line of MERCOSUR's Harmonized System: 6210.40.00.

These reference prices entered into force on May 30, 2013.

Argentina introduced reference values of precautionary nature forimported goods in June 2005 (in Spanish: valores criterio de car√°cterpreventivo).
