Labour market access

On 17 May 2013, the Ministry of Employment and Labor of Brazil announced the introduction of a local contract visa that allows foreign graduate students to work in Brazil for 90 days. The main requirements to obtain such visa are:
- proof of enrolment in a graduate program of at least 360 credit hours abroad;
- possession of a limited-duration employment contract with a Brazilian company.
