Anti-dumping

On 25 March 2021, the International Trade Administration of the United States initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of certain mobile access equipment and subassemblies thereof from China. The products subject to investigation are classified under HS code subheadings 8427.10.80.20, 8427.10.80.30, 8427.10.80.70, 8427.10.80.95, 8427.20.80.20, 8427.20.80.90, 8427.90.00.20 and 8427.90.00.90. The investigation follows the application lodged on 26 February 2021 by the Coalition of American Manufacturers of Mobile Access Equipment. On the same day, an anti-subsidy investigation was initiated following the application lodged by the same company.
